Put a cup of rice, in a microwave-safe bowl, along with some water, butter or oil, and some salt and pepper. Microwave on high uncovered for 10 minutes, then on medium-low uncovered for an additional 15 minutes. Do not stir during the cooking process.

Chicken Curry
Mix curry paste and oil in a large microwave-safe pot. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, add your chicken to the pot and stir. Then cover the pot with a lid and cook for an additional 8 minutes. Add basil, cilantro, coconut milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir again and cook for another 4 minutes. Serve over the white rice recipe and enjoy!
